Lemon Martini

 - 2 ounces dry Italian vermouth
 - 2 ounces MALFY Gin
 - Cocktail or champagne glass

Fill a metal shaker with cracked ice. Pour in the dry vermouth, stir briefly, and strain out. Add Gin. Stir briskly for 10 seconds, strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.

Martini & Rossi Rosso Sweet Vermouth

 - 5 ounces Boodles Gin
 - 2 ounces St. Germain
 - 1.5 ounces of lemon juice
- Top of with prosecco

Combine gin, St. Germain and lemon juice in a shaker with ice - shake and pour over large ice cube. Garnish with lemon and top with prosecco.

St. Germain Elderflower liquer

WHAT I USED

1 teaspoon Powdered sugar
2 oz. TINCUP American whiskey
2 teaspoons Water
4 Mint leaves

In a highball glass gently muddle the mint, sugar and water. Fill the glass with cracked ice, add Bourbon and stir well until the glass is well frosted. Garnish with a mint sprig.
