MONDAY READING – VOL. 14

I can’t tell you how uh-mazing New York is. I’m coming up on my one year and each weekend this city continues to surprise me. How can you be mad at this place when it serves up weather like this and sunsets over skylines that make you weak in the knees. New York City   I’ll keep today short and sweet since tomorrows Bachelorette recap and tonights live tweet will fill your PRB cup pretty quickly – so here’s a few nibbles…

1. Tuula just got back from Mulia in Bali and I am dying, literally dying over her photos. These places exist…

2. Not to be confused with the above over exaggeration but these phrases seem to be flying around my office a little too much lately – “I can’t. literally. just. even.”

3. Those words are perfect! Especially when this article from Lucky Magazine appeared – $1 Million WTBLOGGER!?#&@! You go girls…

4. With the above number disclosed – its time to boost the SEO and marketing game a bit with tips from The Everygirl. (Since I’m also on the brand side of this… I’m def going to blow this wide open in my next PR POV).

5. Did you start a blog? Do you need a crash course in social media or simply want to join us here in 2014 – here you go! c/o Stripes & Peonies.

6. There is nothing like seeing New York through Jenna Lyon’s Eyes – right?

7. Men of New York if you need “Date-spiration” source JL’s NYC hotspots above. Because clearly you’re lacking in the “date night” department - via The Cut.

8. Thanks to a great weekend and a Saturday shopping trip to Lord & Taylor I picked up a few little diddies - like this pair of Jack Roger’s, This BCBG dress perfect for work on that 80 degree day.
